About the Zaynab Project
The Zaynab Project is a women-led, grassroots 501(c)(3) supporting Gaza’s families with emergency aid, sustained care for orphaned children, and a vision beyond crisis.
Support Gaza

The organization takes its name from Zaynab bint Jahsh (RA), remembered for compassion and generosity toward orphans, widows, and people in need. That inheritance is expressed here through direct service, careful stewardship, and care that protects dignity.
The model is close to the ground: listen locally, source locally, deliver directly, document what happened, and return with continued care.
Team members live among the communities the organization serves.
Food and essential goods are purchased from local suppliers where possible.
Aid and child support are delivered without a distant implementing layer.
Orphan support remains relationship-led and responsive over time.
